Peterstown, WV (April 13, 2019) – A fatal motorcycle accident took place on State Route 12 when a motorcycle collided with a vehicle carrying a mobile home behind it.
Police confirmed that 43-year-old Coy Stanley tragically lost his life at the scene of the accident. The accident took place on SR 12, between Peterstown and Cashmere.
This was the second motorcycle accident that led to a fatality within three days.
At this time, no charges have been filed but police continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident and review the case to see if charges must be filed.
